How to install exterior concrete wall panels?

Installing our Wallset concrete exterior wall panels is a quick and easy process. To begin, you'll need to prepare the surface by cleaning it and making sure it's smooth and level. Next, use a spirit level to ensure that the panels are straight on the wall. Apply adhesive dubs direct from the tube adhesive to attach them to the wall. The panels are easy to cut using angle grinder with masonry blade.We recommend leaving 1-3mm gap between the panels. For walls on elevations or insulated walls please contact us with project specification. You can download installation manual here. Good luck!

How to clean outdoor concrete panels?

Concrete panels are with colour trough out, solid surface and are very hard to damage. We recommend using damp cloth for daily cleaning and without using any chemical detergents. In event of stains or scratches please use very fine sand paper 200 grit or above to remove any marks. You can also eliminate moss from the surface when not exposed to sunlight - simply remove by scraper and sand down the surface.

What's is production and delivery time for exterior concrete panelling?

Most of our Wallset panels are made to order - please check stock before ordering. Contact us if you need any specific quantity. Average production time up to 50sqm is between 1-2 weeks. We deliver to UK on pallets within 6-9 days.

Do you offer concrete panels samples?

Yes we offer full box of all 4 colours of concrete samples with random porosity. We can also offer bespoke formats. Please order Wallset GRC concrete samples from here.
