Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All stock orders are shipped Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Bespoke orders or non-stock items will be shipped between 10-14 working days. You will be notified and updated with the status of production and delivery.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Heavy goods - pallet delivery of goods over 200kg - Raben Logistic/Davies Turner Ltd
Light goods up to 70kg - DPD, GLS/Parcel Force.

Order Tracking

The tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and we'll send you a tracking link showing the status of your delivery and expected delivery time. Orders are fulfilled and sent to production on the same day.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost, and you will have a chance not to place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
